Cancel your contract

You stop your subscription here, whenever you want, at no cost and without having to say why. Your request is recorded at once: nothing more is charged.

If you ordered less than 14 days ago: cancelling refunds nothing; withdrawing from the contract refunds the price, less what was provided to you until then (article 7 of the terms). Withdraw from contract hereEnd date of your subscriptionYour subscription will stop at the end of the period already paid for: one month, to the day, after your last payment (one year, on a yearly subscription). The exact date is written in the confirmation. Nothing more is charged. You keep your plan until then; that period is not refunded, except in the cases of article 6 of the terms.Until then nothing changes, and you can go back on your decision.

Are you stopping for a serious reason? (optional)On a yearly subscription, a serious reason that durably prevents you from using Cutscene (for example: a long illness, the loss of your job, the end of your business) lets you stop before the end of the year paid for and be refunded for the days that remain, counted from your request, if the proof establishes it. Write it here, then send proof of it (a certificate, a statement) to mathieu@cutscene.studio, or by post to Mathieu Neumar, sole trader under French law (“entrepreneur individuel”, EI), 51 rue du Général Leclerc, 94270 Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, France.

After the end date, your account goes to the free plan. Your films stay yours: you open and edit them as before, in your browser. The films and pictures already on your account stay there, and what you change in those films is still saved there; the pictures you add stay in your browser, and a new film is saved on your account only while the account holds fewer than 3. A free account nobody uses for two years is deleted, with what it keeps online, after an e-mail sent thirty days before. Export goes back to that of the free plan: 16:9 or vertical, 1080p, with the end line, without Pro pieces.
